In Greek mythology the Titan Hyperion was father of Helios, god of the sun. Hyperion was god of watchfulness, wisdom and light; 3 of the most important aspects of farming.
Our mission is to work in harmony with nature in order to create the highest quality food possible.
We utilize regenerative farming techniques that build soil fertility and biology. These include the use of compost, mobile infrastructure, portable fencing, planned grazing and carefully selected animal genetics that are suited to our environment.
Our primary goal is to improve the land and the products we deliver at every opportunity, through hard work and careful planning.
We are blessed with a pristine ecosystem where creating wholesome and nutrient-dense food comes naturally.
